The job involves:

Working together with colleagues in the store on daily tasks such as watering, cleaning cut flowers, creating bouquets, making arrangements, planting, unpacking goods, customer care, etc. The job also includes keeping the area clean and tidy and taking care of the flowers we have in the store.

We sell both potted plants for indoors and outdoors as well as cut flowers.

Östras Blommor has a stable customer base, the location is strategically good by Östras station (KTH), with buses, subway, and Roslagsbanan as a hub for many commuters in Stockholm.

The position means that customers often come in who are in a hurry to catch their public transport, and it requires a bit extra from us as we need to be stress-resistant and work proactively by, for example, always having many ready-made bouquets that we make ourselves and replenish when they run out so that they are always fresh.

We are looking for someone who:

Is stress-resistant, service-oriented, and flexible. You find it easy to collaborate with others and prioritize tasks according to the needs of the business. We prefer that you have at least 3 years of experience in the florist profession, and it is especially meritorious if you are a trained florist.

We place great importance on your personal qualities and apply individual salary setting.
